Hello, I'm Nicola, Founder of Little Betty's Bakes. My story begins with a love of baking as a young child.. My collection of cookie cutters grew with me and I loved creating original biscuit gifts for family and friends. I dreamed of using my skills in a business and, on relocating to the Isle of Wight, I decided the time was right to make that dream a reality and Little Betty’s Bakes was formed.
