Behind the doors of a small unit near Newchurch, amongst the clouds of steam and hum of bubbling pans, a dedicated team of artisan producers quietly make their award winning assortment of oils, vinegars and dressings. At the helm is Nuala Grandcourt, a passionate foodie, who started mixing and infusing over ten years ago in the kitchen of her cottage in Gurnard. Since then Wild Island have won numerous Great Taste Awards , with a place on menus at The Pig Hotels, Kew Gardens and The National Theatre.
