We make our delicious Fudge using local produce where possible and always use Isle of Wight clotted cream, double cream and butter. The dairy we use to cook with comes from a herd of Guernsey cows only and this means that you’re purchasing the finest dairy Fudge on the market. This breed produces the highest cream content of all breeds, and this is evident in the finished product. Enjoy!
